Love The Help & EXT!
I just wanted to say thank you for helping me pick out that EXT last night. I mixed it with that creatine formula you gave me and I did have a pretty good workout. Lots of tingly sensation in my face, ears and finger tips. My level of focus was all there too. I had to remind myself to rest 60 seconds before my next set because I was so anxious to lift something, haha. Definitely a good pick up and thank you once again.
